This season, it wasn’t just March Madness at the NCAA tournament, we had quite our share too! Exhibiting back-to-back at two expos, the month of March had us on our toes and WebNMS left no stone unturned in shooting at the hoop of potentials. Satellite 2015, CCA Global Expo, Mobile World Congress, MPLS SDN World Congress, few of the most sought-after shows in the industry, offered us just the right opportunity to build relationships and meet prospective clients one-on-one. Here is a post match show summary,

Satellite 2015, Washington D.C
Satellite 2015 reflected the growing dependency and newer opportunities in the industry for global connectivity. With applications for satellite technology becoming ubiquitous, innovation was the wide-spread theme at the show, for next-generation capabilities between the terrestrial and satellite world.

This being our second year at the Satellite Convention and playing in the IP-based satellite communication and mobile market, WebNMS grabbed a ball of attention from visitors at its store. With a huge potential for emerging trends in enterprise, mobility & telecommunications market, we saw a good number of fresh entrants in the satellite business capitalizing on the continued demand for connectivity and expansive growth. A great deal of excitement surrounded the advancements in the satellite network management space making attendees more interested in what WebNMS could offer. Scoring shot – our multi-vendor, multi-technology support through a scalable and customizable platform, which is not available with most network management software.

The three-day event turned out to be a great networking forum and the visitors left the convention with an informed and knowledge-loaded mind (not to mention the loaded bag of freebies!)

CCA Global Expo, Atlanta
Post the half-time recess, we headed to Atlanta for the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) Global Expo, a show designed for the gathering of the game changers in the mobile ecosystem – carriers, technology experts, network builders, analysts, and industry influencers. Best practice discussions and specific keynote sessions were held with topics focusing on business and revenue opportunities across-the-board.

‘Internet of Things’ was the subject of all dialogue with deeper analysis on the know-hows of smart devices, connected home and emergency communication systems. WebNMS with its 8 ready-to-deploy IoT Solutions, clearly stood out recording its forward position in the industry’s IoT adoption. We also take this opportunity to add another element to our line up here- WebNMS is now an Associate Member at the CCA! This partnership aims at the collaborative efforts to target on current business trends and technical issues with sharing of information and expertise in the wireless industry.

As first time exhibitors at the four-day show, WebNMS made a distinct mark and appealed to a populous number of carrier attendees with the Symphony Service Orchestration Platform.

Mobile World Congress 2015, Barcelona
The kick-off to our March Madness was however the most notable Mobile World Congress earlier during the month. MWC 2015 showcased an amalgam of reputed product companies and front line startups. Co-exhibiting along with ManageEngine, our sister company, WebNMS demonstrated its award-winning IoT Platform. The $1.7trillion IoT market considered as the growth engine of connected things, is expected to widen massively over the next decade. Focusing on industry-specific solutions such as energy, remote security, and asset/location tracking, WebNMS is distinctly driving the momentum in the IoT sphere.

MPLS SDN World Congress, Paris
Exchanging ideas about the latest turn ups in networking technologies, this show echoed the present interest of telecom service providers in migrating to the SDN approach. WebNMS exhibited its Symphony Orchestration Platform which provides an extensible architecture for seamless integration of existing service provider base of equipment and unifying the traditional network management with SDN-style network orchestration. With a solid number of turnouts at the store, prospects were keen to grasp the fast paced materialization of SDN & NFV technology.
The saying “Paris is always a good idea” could never go wrong.

End of four quarters and we kept pace with this year’s March Madness. We hope you had a cheerful March too! Watch this space for more updates on our products and activities.
